As you can see I’ve changed a few things around here. The blog software remains Greymatter, but the colors are a bit different and I’ve actually updated the “About Me” section. This is all temporary though. I will be instating a new server within the next couple of weeks and changing over to WordPress as my blogging software of choice. It is fairly easy to use and update. It also has better anti-spam components.
I hope you enjoy the color scheme. I intend to keep it for WordPress.

Almost Two Weeks Have Past
Almost two weeks ago now, right after we had our basement re-carpeted, Heather and I started a couple of projects in the basement. First Heather started the Herculean task of painting the woodwork in the basement bathroom. The woodwork in the bathroom had been left alone but is that dark brown from the late 60s early 70s. Coupled with the green rag-roll paint and poorly patched holes, this room was not as nice as it could be. Heather had the idea she wanted to paint the trim, doors and cabinets white and the rest of the room would be a deep blue. I picked out the blue… It was Cordon Bleu by Dutch Boy. No snide remarks please. Anyway, she finished it last week and it looks fantastic!
