I hired a personal trainer. And I’ve begun work on really losing the fat and getting my heart and body back into shape. It’s difficult as I’m so out of shape but the payoffs are good. I’m losing fat and getting my heart into shape. I’m toning up and lookin’ better each day. My energy levels are slowly climbing. And I get the satisfaction of knowing once I hit my stride I’m going to live longer and healthier.
My trainer wants me tracking my food intake. So in this little blog I’ve created for myself I’m doing just that. And I’m commenting on each training session as well as keeping track of weigh-ins and any other incidentals that might be interesting to read 3 or 4 months from now.
I wasn’ t sure I wanted to share it–but what the heck.
